🎅 True Santa Zoom Visit: Parent Prep & Policy Guide
We’re so excited your family is joining us for a magical visit with the True Santa! To make the most of this experience, please read through the information below and complete the questionnaire at the end.
đź’ˇ What to Expect
- Santa is available: Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays, and Sundays (Contiguous U.S. time zones only).
- Each session runs approximately 25 minutes and will end promptly at your scheduled time—even if you arrive late.
- Parents must be present and visible for the entire visit.
- Santa will provide gentle time warnings starting about 10 minutes before the end so children can ask final questions and say goodbye.
- All visits are recorded for quality and safety (see below).
đź“– What Happens During a Storytime?
- Santa will read a seasonal story selected to fit your child(ren)’s age and attention span.
- Children will have time to share their Christmas lists and talk with Santa.
- Santa loves a little “Show and Tell” and interactive games like “Rudolph Says…” for little ones who need to move.
- If time allows, kids can share favorite toys, drawings, or special items.
- Santa will give time reminders to help kids wind down before the session ends.
🎯 Behavior Expectations
Santa is joyful, patient, and kind—and he loves visiting with children of all personalities! To help everyone have a smooth and magical experience, please review these expectations with your child(ren):
- Use kind words and take turns talking (especially in group visits).
- Do your best to stay seated and focused (wiggles are okay—Santa understands!).
- No yelling, screaming, or intentionally disruptive behavior. Santa may pause or end the visit early if necessary.
- Try not to talk over Santa so everyone can enjoy the story.
- Most of all—have fun, be yourself, and know that Santa is proud of you!
đź’ˇ If your child needs accommodations or support, just let us know in the questionnaire!
